The 249Labs site and Open Lantern platform are provided by 249Labs Inc. We use the terms “249Labs,” “we,” “us,” and “our” interchangeably to refer to 249Labs Inc.  We use the terms “249Labs websites” interchangeably to refer to 249labs.com, openlantern.com or secure.openlantern.com. This Privacy Policy describes 249Labs’s use and sharing of your information that customers voluntarily provide to 249Labs when they register in our products and services.  The Term “User” refers to a registered customer. The terms “your information” refers to the information you provided during the registration process.

 

On occasion 249Labs may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect industry initiatives, changes in the law or changes that we decide are our appropriate.  Your continued use of the 249Labs websites after 249Labs posts a revised Privacy Policy signifies your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
